Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Hassan Abdelhamid – Dean of the Faculty of Law- BUE– Based on the faculty’s vision to applying the practical teaching techniques and reduce the gap between the theory and the practice.
The Civil Law module headed by Prof. Dr. Tamer El Domiaty and Mr. Ahmed Nasser have managed to organize a (“Contract Drafting Workshop”) for second year students that held at Faculty of law on Saturday 29 May 2021.
Throughout this workshop, the students are able to:
Understanding the general framework of contracts drafting.
- Understanding the interpretation process of defected clause.
- Drafting several kinds of contracts
- Reviewing various samples of advanced contracts such as (Hotel Managements contracts, FIDIC, Share Purchase Agreement “SPA” ).
