Dalia Ragaa is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration. She graduated from the faculty of commerce - Ain Shams University with a Bachelor Degree, specialising in Accounting. She finished her Master’s in the field of Human Resources at the Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport in 2016, excellent grade. Her research interests are in public Administration, culture and Innovation.
Prior to working in the academic field, I’ve been working as an HR specialist for years, where I mastered all the duties of such role and conducted all the related tasks of this position.
