Dr. Gina El-Tabei is working as a Lecturer of Finance at the BUE. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Finance and graduated with Excellent /Honors grade from Cape Breton University- Canada and she was the top of her class. Then she obtained her Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime transport ,and graduated as the top of her class with an Excellent cumulative GPA. Finally, she has obtained her Ph.D from Faculty of Commerce- Cairo University with a thesis entitled “ The Impact of Ownership Structure on Agency Costs”. This thesis tested the impact of ownership structure on dividend policies and level of Leverage within firms operating in the Egyptian Stock Market and their dual effect on the severity of Agency Costs within those firms. Dr Gina has been working in the academic career since 2009 and has a good experience in teaching undergraduate finance courses.
