Mr. Khaled

Khaled El-Zoghby has more than 10 years of experience in the legal field (Academic and Professional experience). He is a law school graduate from the Faculty of Law (English Section), Alexandria University, where he received his LL.B in 2006. Then he successfully completed an intensive course of study at the Cornell - Paris I Summer Institute of International & Comparative Law, Cornell Law School in 2007. He has obtained his first Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the Helwan University in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2008 and then the second Diploma in Private Law from Alexandria University in 2011 in which both of them are equivalent for a master degree.
He also obtained his second (Master of Laws Degree) LL.M in International Law from Nottingham Law School, NTU, UK after being selected as a Chevening Scholar for the year 2014/2015.
During his previous ten years of experience, he had worked as a Public Prosecutor in several prosecution departments in Aswan, Alexandria and Cairo Districts. During that time he worked as a Part-Time Lecturer at the English department, Faculty of Law, Cairo University and the Arab Academy for Science & Technology & Maritime Transport. He serves a Judge at the First International Humanitarian Law Moot Court in Egypt, organized by the ICRC-International Committee of the Red Cross, 2016 and Oxford University - Media Law Moot Court Competition, 2017.
He was heavily involved in investigations and prosecutions in different criminal cases incl. Human trafficking, money laundering, drug trafficking, forgery, bribery, torture, etc. He has conducted reports and legal services in the different areas of law, For instance, maritime transportation, labor law and procedural laws. Since then, he gained a lot of working experience in criminal law, commercial law, labor law, corporate law, maritime law and civil law.
Now, He is a Judge at the Labor and Civil Court, and a Part-Time Lecturer at the faculty of law at the BUE-British University in Egypt for teaching; Criminology & Penology, Economics, Business Law, Introduction to law, Labor law, Human Rights and International Transport Law.
