If you would like a raise a concern or complaint about the university, we have a clear and transparent complaints procedure in place. The University takes complaints seriously and we will investigate issues raised thoroughly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly.

Bullying and Harassment Policy

The British University in Egypt is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Bullying and harassment are unacceptable behaviours that will not be tolerated on our campus.

Bullying is any unwanted, aggressive behaviour that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. It can take many forms, including physical, verbal, emotional, and cyber bullying. Harassment is any unwelcome behaviour that is based on a person’s protected characteristics, such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

If you believe yourself to have been the victim of bullying or harassment, please do not hesitate to report it. We take all reports seriously and will work to ensure that you are safe and supported.
